YALE PEABODY MUSEUM | 2023–2024

Kubik Maltbie was selected to fabricate and install exhibits for the comprehensive renovation of the Yale Peabody Museum, a multi-year transformation that expanded and modernized one of the nation's premier natural history museums. The project required meticulous coordination between exhibit construction, artifact installation, audiovisual systems, graphics, lighting, and conservation teams to deliver a seamless visitor experience.

I joined the project midway through installation as Project Manager, reporting to Senior Project Manager Mark Berg and helping lead the effort from shop closeout through final completion. My responsibilities included coordinating subcontractors and internal teams, tracking schedules and project milestones, resolving field issues, and ensuring successful integration of exhibits alongside irreplaceable museum artifacts. Working in an active installation environment demanded careful planning, clear communication, and strict attention to quality and preservation standards.
